1.1 Welcome to Haloleaf (the "App"). Haloleaf provides literary works, e-books, reading tools, comments, community features, and other related services.
1.2 The App is operated by LumaLeaf Studio ("LumaLeaf Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, content rules, promotion rules, and other policies that we may publish from time to time, govern your use of Haloleaf and all related websites, mobile applications, interfaces, features, and services (collectively, the "Services").
1.3 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LumaLeaf Studio. Please read them carefully before using the Services.
2.1 By downloading, accessing, registering for, logging in to, or using the Services, or by clicking "Agree," "Register," or similar buttons, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
